Built for the woman who wants something more intentional.
More than networking or a mixer. A room where every detail is considered.
Three friends. One campus. A love of beauty that stayed with us.
We met in college, long before any of us had a title worth printing. In 2016, we brought together our ideas, our resources, and a little nerve to host a makeup class over mimosas. What started as beauty education became something more: women learning, laughing, and connecting around a shared table.
Then the industry pulled us in three directions: the chair, the artistry, the business. Years passed. Eventually, we found ourselves back in the same city, all quietly missing what we had created without quite knowing it a decade earlier.
Not clients. Not contacts. Community.
So we built it again, this time on purpose.
Pink & Glam is a Washington, DC women's social club built around beauty, conversation and community, brought to life through experiences chosen with intention. Every room is considered from the start, creating space for connection that feels warm and natural, like you were always meant to be there.
